The Story of the
Five Little Chicks
This is our new home. We were very sad to
leave EVG, but we really belong on a farm
with lots of animal friends. We are in one
of the middle cages for now, until we get bigger
and stronger. The farmer said that he would put
a heat lamp on us and that he would give
Kareem some vitamin E to help straighten out
his claw. He is very nice. He has a pet goat,
named Goat. We don't like him. He jumped up
on Mrs. Tunick's back! The nerve!
And he lets the big chickens out of the coop
whenever he feels like it! Goat figured out
how to unlatch the door!
