The right to have a jury trial
Freedom of speech
The right to a speedy trial
No excessive bail can be charged
Freedom of the press
No cruel or unusual punishment
The right to have legal counsel.
You can't be charged twice for the same crime.
The right to assemble
No one can be forced to testify against himself.
No one can be told they must put up soldiers in their own homes.
If your property is taken for public use, you must be paid for it.
Just because a right is not listed in these amendments does not mean that you do not have that right.
