Practice Evacuation

| As
you may know, the government requires that schools have an emergency
evacuation plan. Here at EVG, we practiced our plan today. All
staff and students left the building when the alarm signal went off.
Everyone proceeded to their fire drill positions, and in a very
organized fashion, we all walked to our pre-determined destination,
Holy Rosary Church.
The evacuation went amazingly smoothly thanks to careful planning and cooperation by all, including the Edgewater Police who monitored our walk and kept the traffic at bay. Great Job! |
