EVG-PTO invites you

from 6:30 -8:00 pm, for a

POT LUCK SUPPER!

COME HAVE DINNER WITH US!!!

This is an especially nice chance for working parents to meet their children's friends, teachers and fellow EVG moms, dads and guardians. 

There will be teacher performances, music, food, dancing and tons of fun!!!

A form will be sent home asking each family to donate a dish to the event.

The PTO will provide the rest: Entertainment, burners and trays, drinks, plates, napkins, flatware, dessert and even music! 

The event will be held in the gym, allowing everyone space to mingle as they eat.

The event is a very informal gathering and a wonderful prelude to the beloved school-sponsored International Food Festival, which typically takes place in the spring.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: Please come and be part of the event, if in no way other than being there.

 It's a wonderful time to build community and get to put faces to the names your children have been throwing around everyday. It's a great time to meet your child's teachers in an informal setting.

We will need volunteers to help shop for supplies, collate forms to determine needs, receive and refrigerate meals (at school) when necessary, set up and clean up. We also ask that parents please respond and let us know if they are coming and what they will bring. When our attendees grossly exceed expectations, we can fall short on supplies! We also need volunteers to help set-up and clean up. Set up is at 5pm and clean up is right after the event.  Let us know if you can volunteer.
