Nov. 20 - We had a special visitor today.  One of our parents taught us about origami. The children enjoyed making origami planes and listened to a song in Japanese.  Thank you to all the parents who have volunteered to visit our classroom and spend time with us.  :)
math Nov. 20 - We practiced writing the number seven and reviewed tally marks by voting for our favorite snack.  The winning snack in our class was grapes !!
reading Nov. 20- We reviewed blending sounds and practiced writing capital and lowercase Ss.             
language arts

Nov. 18 - We rewrote our Thanksgiving message.  Your children are thankful for so many things !!
spelling We review our red words on a daily basis.  Our newest red word is I.  Please have your child practice reading, spelling and using the word in a sentence.
other Class Art - Today, we finished our turkeys.  At present they are adorning our classroom windows. Our room looks beautiful !!
