Grade 4P Soldier Holiday Cards

Mrs. Pollack's fourth grade class participated in making holiday cards for the wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Shelby and his father personally delivered the cards to about 20 excited soldiers on Christmas Day. Each patient related his personal story which Shelby in turn shared with his classmates. Our EVG students were so happy that they had the opportunity to put smiles on the faces of some very thankful fallen heroes.
