roll please.... Welcome everyone to
the 100th Day of School! This day is always an exciting event here at
EVG. Students in the lower grades practice counting to 100 for the big
day. All students are invited to participate in creating original
100 projects that are displayed in the hallways.
This year the big day arrived today, February 12, 2009. Teachers and students stood tensely around the front door of the school, counting every head. It was Colin, in kindergarten who was the now famous 100th student to enter the building. Everyone cheered! Thanks go to Mrs. Vega and Mrs. Franciscovic for planning this fun and educational event each year. |
